HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HOUSTON, TX November 19, 2004 GK Intelligent Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: GKIG) GK Intelligent Systems, Inc., a next-generation media and entertainment corporation, announced today that it signed a Letter of Intent to acquire The Warehouse Recording Studios in North Miami, FL. The transaction was arranged by Stanton, Walker and Company, a New York-based consulting firm retained by GK.

According to the President and CEO of GK Intelligent Systems, Gary F. Kimmons, We are extremely pleased to announce the LOI with The Warehouse. Rich with the tradition of distinguished heritage performers, The Warehouse brings many new and innovative recording artists to our Recording Artists Worldwide (RAWW !) initiative. Along with the recently announced LOI with Chung King Studios in New York, we have addressed two of the four major U.S. music recording markets, which are New York, Los Angeles, Nashville and Miami. The addition of The Warehouse in Miami will allow us to acknowledge the $580B buying power of the dramatically-growing Latino community - by far the fastest growing market in the U.S. today.

Known to industry insiders as the gateway to the Latin music community, Ruben Parra and The Warehouse Recording Studios have the respect of the branded Latino artists, writers and engineers who use the state-of-the-art recording rooms. Mr. Parra commented, We all know that theres a need for a new business model in the music industry. As a member of the GK team and the RAWW music initiative, we can make money in new ways while continuing to grow our original business. Music is a key aspect of the Latino culture; all signs indicate that interest in Latin music will increase significantly.
