Audited financial results for December 31, 2003 and 2002, reported a net revenue year increase from $462,673 to $1,542,812 or an increase of $1,080,139. GKIG had no revenues in 2003 or 2002 prior to its acquisition of Stellar Software Network, Inc. and Asccendant TSG. The consolidated revenues will be reported in GKIG form 8K on a Performa basis.
